Thank you for shopping with Closeoutpk! Here's everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all over Pakistan, including major cities and smaller towns, via Daewoo FastEx.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • For COD orders, we may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your city.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Daewoo FastEx and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high demand, or courier operational issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Card/Online Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat delivery charge of PKR 250 applies.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can track your parcel through Daewoo FastEx.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on all orders across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.
  • We reserve the right to request confirmation via call/WhatsApp for COD orders before dispatch, and may cancel unconfirmed COD orders.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so we can follow up with Daewoo FastEx on your behalf.

8. Incorrect Address

Closeoutpk is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
