Welcome to Closeoutpk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or browsing our store, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Closeoutpk is a Pakistan-based online store selling authentic branded unstitched lawn, khaddar, and silk suits for women, and wash n wear suits for men, at prices below retail.

2. Eligibility

By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are placing an order under the supervision of a parent/guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a design, or refuse an order at our discretion.
  • Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged is the one displayed at the time you place your order.
  • We make every effort to display fabric colors accurately; however, actual color may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and natural dye-lot differences. This is not considered a defect (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
  • Product images are for illustration; styled/stitched images (if shown) are for reference only the product sold is unstitched fabric unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for Cash on Delivery (COD), once the order is placed and confirmed via call/WhatsApp.
  • We accept COD and bank transfer/JazzCash/Easypaisa (as offered at checkout).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to verify a COD order.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. Closeoutpk is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via our courier partners across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or upon order confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays due to courier operations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Closeoutpk.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this store including but not limited to the Closeoutpk name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and website design is the property of Closeoutpk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

When using our store, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information when placing an order
  • Use the store for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functioning of the website
  • Place fraudulent or malicious COD orders

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access for any customer found in violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Closeoutpk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to fabric shrinkage, color variation, or fit issues after stitching, delays caused by third-party couriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
